The potential purchaser of WGP and investor in Autonomous Robotics Ltd is Fairfield Industries Incorporated, d/b/a (doing business as) FairfieldNodal, Inc. (“FFN”), a Houston, TX, USA based global leader in seismic nodal technology.
Privately held FairfieldNodal, a global leader in seismic nodal technology, designs and manufactures a complete range of revolutionary, true cable-free ZLand® and ZMarine® systems, and offers expert marine acquisition and data processing services. Known for its extensive multi-client library of high-quality 3D seismic data in the Gulf of Mexico, the company is also expanding licensing coverage in the revitalized Permian Basin through a series of successful multi-client programs.
Fairfield Industries Incorporated operates as a subsidiary of Fairfield-Maxwell Ltd.
