SeaBird Exploration: Share Allocations
CMD AS has received letter of allocation of 50 000 000 shares in Seabird Exploration PLC equal to 5.0% of the new shares to be issued on a separate ISIN and later converted to ordinary shares.
CMD AS also holds 2 871 855 ordinary shares in Seabird Exploration PLC. After the conversion, CMD AS will hold approximately 4,9% of the total shares in Seabird Exploration PLC.
