SeaBird Exploration: Issuance of new shares
With reference to the extraordinary general meeting held on 2 October 2017 and previous announcements regarding the private placement of Class A shares, the board of directors of SeaBird Exploration PLC has today formally issued the 1 billion new Class A shares to the subscribers in the private placement.
The shares will be delivered in the VPS after their registration with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. Following registration, the issued share capital will be US$6,745,514.5, consisting of 57,455,145 ordinary shares with par value of US$ 0.1 and 1,000,000,000 Class A shares with par value of US$ 0.001
