SAExploration Holdings, Inc. (the “Registrant”) estimates that its results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, as reflected in its condensed consolidated statements of operations to be included in its Form 10-Q for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 will reflect the following significant change in its results of operations:
- The Registrant expects to report a decrease in revenues to approximately $13.6 million and $99.7 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, respectively, from $57.0 million and $147.2 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, respectively.
- The Registrant expects to report a net loss of approximately $17.9 million and $11.1 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, respectively, compared to a net income of $0.3 million and $14.5 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016.
- The Registrant expects to report a basic and diluted net loss per share basic of approximately $1.91 and $1.18 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, respectively, compared to a basic income per share of $1.97 and $112.13 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, respectively, and diluted income per share of $1.97 and $112.09 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, respectively
