On 22 August 2017, the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) and the Oil and Gas Technology Centre (OGTC) will jointly host a Technology Forum at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC). This event will focus on how technology can help unlock future oil and gas developments in the upcoming 30th Offshore Licensing Round.

Registration is now closed for the event as it is fully subscribed. Places have been limited to ensure as many organisations as possible are represented.

The uptake for the showcase event has been very high with attendees registering from oil and gas operators, service providers and technology companies, keen to hear from technology specialists and industry speakers, as well as participating in the discussion and networking opportunities on the day.

A host of technology exhibitors including PGS, Baker Hughes GE, Amplus and Western Geco, and many more, will be on hand to offer their expertise and insights into the technology arena. The event will cover areas that are critical for the economic development of marginal fields, including seismic, well construction, subsea tie-backs, and efficient standalone facility concepts.
