Magseis: CFO Mikkel Ektvedt has left company
Magseis Asa says Chief Financial Officer Mikkel Ektvedt has decided to leave magseis to accept a new position.
He will continue in his position until further notice and the company will start a recruitment process to select his replacement.
Mikkel has accepted a position as a Director of Corporate Finance with SEB Corporate Finance Norway.
“I am very grateful to the entire Magseis organisation for six exciting years as CFO. During this period we have grown the company from a small start-up to a publicly listed, leading seabed seismic company. The company is now well established as a global service provider with solid financial performance and is ready to embark on a new growth phase to take advantage of its unique technology. I am sad to leave so many good colleagues at Magseis but at this point in my career I am ready for new challenges and excited to work with SEB to strengthen their corporate finance team”.
