A Texas appellate court on Thursday revived seismic surveyor Fairfield Industries Inc.’s $21 million breach of contract claim against EP Energy E&P Company LP, allowing it to proceed with the allegation EP failed to pay a required fee after its license with Fairfield was transferred to another party.
Fairfield, which does business as FairfieldNodal, is a company that performs and licenses seismic surveys for energy companies.
