| 18 Aug 2017 | APPEA Online portal opens for Call for Papers submissions. Interested parties are requested to submit a 250-word paper proposal. The document will be used to determine which papers will be selected. |
| 8 Sept 2017 | Call for Papers portal closes at 23:59 hours |
| By 22 Sept 2017 | Applicants will receive notification if their proposal has been accepted or rejected for the 2018 APPEA Journal/ Conference Program. |
| 1 Dec 2017 | Deadline for receipt of Peer-reviewed Papers for review ahead of publication |
| 16 Feb 2018 | Deadline for receipt of Extended Abstracts for publication |
Please note all accepted presenters must register (at a special discounted rate) to present at the conference and have their work published in the APPEA Journal and Conference Proceedings.
